Campus schedulers will schedule events in spaces available
based on priority.
Priorities for use of College facilities are as follows:
- Credit and non-credit educational programs of the College, including
approved student activities, are granted first priority.
- Other College groups and/or related events are granted second priority.
- Events and/or activities sponsored by non-College groups within the
College’s four-county area are granted lowest priority.
- Events and/or activities sponsored by for-profit organizations or
private groups will generally not be permitted.
Note: Use of College facilities by non-College groups
shall not be scheduled on a routine basis.
Catering can be requested for pre-approved activities. Please check the Travel and Miscellaneous Expense Guidelines Procedure Memorandum VI-2,
http://www.mccneb.edu/procedures/VI-2_Travel_&_Misc_Expenses.htm, or contact Joyce Markworth for clarification at 457-2203. Expenses for all catering for College activities MUST be approved by the President’s office.
