A facility set-up is required when a room needs to be rearranged for an event. The only spaces at the Fort Omaha Campus that you can submit setup requests for are; the food service area, rooms 136 C and D, and building 7, room 107. The Maintenance/Set-up must be selected and completed when reserving FOC 10, room 136 C or D, or FOC 7, room 107, or the resource request will be returned to you. Enter the required set-up information in the set-up field, or type in that no set-up is required. Do not request facility set-up for a classroom, set-up in classrooms cannot be changed. When requesting facility set-up, allow two weeks prior to the event. All set-up requests are forwarded to facilities upon confirmation of room availability.
