The laptops all connect automatically to the EVC wireless with authenticated connections.

The laptops have the standard college load. They can access the College network when on campus, but do not support a modem connection.

If additional software is required for your class, the user should contact the Helpdesk at least two weeks in advance in order to comply with software licensing and computer hardware specifications. The special software should be requested through the Request to Install Non-Standard Software form Request to Install Non-Standard Software form.

This equipment can be used for regular classroom instruction or for special projects. The laptop cart will be put in the room by EVC ITS for the class and removed at the end of the class.
